Hello Natalia, Thanks to you, we had a wonderful two-day introduction to the delightful sights, sounds, and tastes of St. Petersburg. While planning the Crown Princess Baltic Cruise shore excursion for our family group of ten, I had concerns about the logistics of coming up with a program that met the diverse needs of individuals whose ages ranged from 5 to 91. Well you pulled it off with resounding success! Not only were you knowledgeable about all aspects of the city and its treasures, your pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and on-the-fly situational adjustments all came together to ensure our maximum enjoyment throughout the tour. I would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends when they visit St. Petersburg in the future. If I could make with hindsight, one small suggestion - how about carrying a few spare umbrellas in the van, as the timing of rain showers is something that\'s beyond even your powers :)

Hi Natalia! Thank you for everything that you have organized for our visit to St Petersburg! We had a great time and had a very interesting (but too short) time with Olga at the Hermitage - she's great! Thank you also for booking the taxi's, it was wonderful not having to worry about transport to and from the hotel. We also had a very special, white new years'' on the square outside the Winter Palace. We really enjoyed our stay in Russia, and would recommend this to anyone! Visiting the Baltic Capitals was a dream come true, but the Crown Jewell is, without a doubt, St. Petersburg.
